Born into poverty and raised in a household marked by trauma, Jeffery McCoy overcame severe academic struggles—graduating high school with 16 D’s and 16 F’s—to later earn a Master’s in Social Work with a 3.8 GPA. He will be starting doctoral studies in January 2026.

Today, Jeff is a nationally-recognized Speaker, Resilience Specialist  and Mental Health Strategist, delivering transformative insights on resilience, leadership, the importance of attendance, and burnout prevention/retention. His engaging storytelling, clinical expertise, and real-world strategies equip audiences with actionable tools to navigate challenges, boost productivity, and foster well-being.
